1. Definition “Texas Resident” (TR) as defined by Admissions/Registrar

2. Non-Texas Resident (NTR) is not a “Texas Resident”

3. Web Class – all course content is available online and has a once a week optional Q&A via Centra

4. Type of Class, Section and Status

Regularly Scheduled MWF or TR Classes. The DL students live in the Bryan/CS area and take the exams on campus. Everything else is web based. No Q&A.	TR NTR With permission from the Instructor No DL Fees Subvention	NA	NA	NA

Notes:

A. On-campus students or students in the Bryan/CS area will not be charged DL fees

B. On-campus students or students in the Bryan/CS area who register for 700 classes will be dropped

from that Section and may only enrolled in Sections 600 or 640 if space allows.

C. Bryan/CS area is defined to be 10 miles form the Williams Administration Building – see below:

D. Exceptions will be handled by the Department on a case by case basis.
